In order to become a patient of the clinic, you must be a resident of our Nanaimo catchment and have no primary care provider (NP or GP)
Assignment to a nurse practitioner is done at random and by pooled intake from the healthcare registry. We see the value in families having a common primary care provider and home clinic. We do our best to accommodate the attachment of families together
